What happens after booking?
After booking, you'll receive a questionnaire to gather the information needed for your website. Once your completed questionnaire has been received, I'll begin designing your website and share it with you for review and feedback before delivery.
When can I expect my website to be completed?
The standard turnaround time is approximately 4–5 weeks.

- Week 1: You'll complete your onboarding questionnaire and provide any content, inspiration, and details for your website.
- Week 2: Your initial website design is created and shared for review.
- Week 3: Feedback is incorporated and revisions are completed.
- Week 4: Final refinements are made and your website is prepared for delivery.
- Week 5 (if needed): Additional time may be required for larger projects, content updates, or extended revision requests.

⚠️ Need your website sooner? A 2-week Rush Delivery option is available for an additional fee.
How does feedback and revisions work?
You'll have the opportunity to review your website and provide feedback throughout the entire design process. Two review rounds are included to make refinements before final delivery. Additional review rounds may be available for an additional fee if needed.
How do I secure my booking?
A full deposit is required before design work begins. Once payment has been received, your project will be officially reserved and you'll receive a questionnaire to begin the process.

Why is payment required upfront?
Each website is custom designed specifically for your wedding and requires a significant amount of planning, design, and development. To ensure availability and maintain a highly personalized experience, I work with one client at a time.
Do you offer payment plans?
At this time, payment plans are not available. Full payment is required to reserve your project and begin the design process.
What content will I need to provide?
You'll receive a questionnaire to gather the information needed for your website, including wedding details, website content, inspiration, photos, and any other relevant information. Don't worry if you don't have everything finalized yet — most details can be updated later as plans come together.
What if I don't have all of my wedding details or photos ready yet?
That's completely fine. Your website is delivered in Canva, allowing you to easily update details, replace photos, and make changes whenever needed. If certain information isn't finalized yet, placeholders can be used until you're ready to add the final content.
What if I'm not very tech-savvy?
No problem. All websites are designed in Canva, which is intuitive and easy to use. You'll also receive a Canva Website Guide with step-by-step instructions to help you confidently update and manage your website after delivery.
